HEALTH AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

DRV DAV Cent. Public School, Phillaur conducted the  Health Awareness Campaign  on 10^th March, 2014 successfully. This campaign was started on 7^th April 2014 to raise health awareness among the students. Students learnt various ways of staying healthy by different activities. Small children brought nutritious food from their homes & their teachers apprised them about the food qualities in them. A play was also enacted to provide the information about health. Yogesh Gambhir, Principal of the school stated that healthy life style can create a healthier nation/world. So healthy food habits should be promoted among all.

Commencement of new Session with Vedic Hawan

DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur organized  ‘Vedic Hawan’ on 2^nd  April, 2014 to commemorate the very first day of the new academic session to seek blessings of the Almighty for bright future of the students and tremendous development of the institution.New Students from Nursery to 12^th Std. participated in it.  Prasad was distributed among the students and staff members. Yogesh Gambhir, Principal of the School  extended his warm welcome to the new students and encouraged them to work hard.
