DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur celebrated Teej Festival
enthusiastically. Girls from 6th
to 10th std. participated in it.
Colourfully dressed students presented cultural programmes like Gidda,
Bhangra, Folk Songs, Folk Dances etc. Stalls of eatables were installed for
refreshment of the children. Yogesh
Gambhir, Principal of the school encouraged the students and said that such
celebrations keep us in touch with our cultural traditions.
